What you will do

These are some of the responsibilities that you will carry out in your day to day:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to understand customer needs and objectives.
• Organize, input, and manage customer data in our HubSpot CRM to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in creating and optimizing CRM workflows to enhance efficiency in customer engagement.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve our CRM processes, helping us deliver even greater value to our clients.
• Work closely with our sustainability experts, learning about the fashion industry’s challenges and solutions.

What we are looking for

• A strong interest in sustainability, fashion and technology.
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
• A team player who’s excited to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic environment.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

We only ask that you be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., CET.
