The Article dashboard can help your organization’s knowledge workers understand the impact of each of the individual products so they can make a more accurate comparison and assessment of each product. The information includes details on the articles of each of the contracted products. Above all, for the Product and Sustainability departments and for the Communication department, in order to know the most communicable data.
How to access to see it?
The article dashboard can only be viewed from the list view mode, either in PLM, LCA or Eco-Score. By hovering on the product image, you will see some đ eyes that will allow you to click on it and access this personalized product sheet.
â ī¸ If you have not contracted Eco-Score, the Planet, People, Transparency and Circularity Index section will not be displayed and shown with a đ.
What information can we find?
The articles dashboard represents the following metrics:
Km traveled
The card presents the estimated distance traveled by the article, from raw material extraction to warehouse. The distance between the extrWhen a action of each raw material is weighted based on its share in the article. When an origin is unknown, China is taken as the reference country to calculate the corresponding distance between stages.
Units produced
The card presents the number of units of the article produced within the project.
Processes declared
The card presents the estimated number of processes for the production of the article declared in the project. The number of processes is estimated based on the product category, materials categories and finishings declared.
Suppliers declared
The card presents the number of suppliers involved in the supply chain of the Article.
Article Life Cycle Assessment & Benchmark Overview
The table summarizes:
- Impact: The total LCA impacts for the unitary production the Article.
- Equivalence: The total LCA impacts converted to user-friendly equivalences
- Benchmark: The total LCA impact savings/debts for the unitary production the Article.
- Equivalence: The total LCA impact savings/debts converted to user friendly equivalences.
Environmental impact allocation along the supply chain
This graph shows the environmental impact share (%) per stage of the Article. Cradle-to-gate impacts are divided between raw material extraction, material processing, finishings, manufacturing, transport and packaging.
Planet, People, Transparency and Circularity Index
This card shows the Eco-score of the Article in the four impact areas of BCome:
- E: Qualification <= 5,9
- D: 5,9 < Qualification <= 6,9
- C: 6,9 < Qualification <= 7,9
- B: 7,9 < Qualification <= 8,9
- A: 8,9 < Qualification
