Traceability
Visualization of the geographical areas of the indicated stages of the supply chain depending on the product category. For garments and homeware linen, the required origins are weaving, dyeing and printing and manufacturing. For shoes, the required origins are stitching, assembly and finishing. For uniformize data communication of all your articles complying with AGEC law, we suggest to always communicate the following 3 stages:
- Manufacturing
- Article finishing
- Material processing

Recyclability in France
Recyclability criteria for waste-generating products:
- Efficient territorial collection via population access to local collection points.
- Capacity of being sorted, directed towards recycling channels.
- Absence of elements or substances affecting sorting, recycling, or material use.
- Recycled material’s capacity to represent more than 50% of waste collected.
- Industrial scale recycling capacity, ensuring sufficient quality for sustainability and product integration.
- EPR eco-organizations must provide information for members to meet criteria.
Based on these criteria, the following statements must be made:
- Information on recyclability is made available to the consumer under the words “Mostly recyclable packaging” when these five criteria are met. If the recycled material produced by the recycling processes implemented represents more than 95% by mass of the waste collected, the information made available may include the mention “Fully recyclable product”.
- When the ability to be recycled corresponds to recycling of materials mainly reincorporated into products of an equivalent nature that meet an identical use and destination without functional loss of the material, the producer may complete the information on recyclability by stating “Recyclable product into a product of the same nature”.
- Negative mentions are not required. In this case, the producer or importer must not include anything in the product sheet.
Presence of hazardous substances
- If the packaging contains a dangerous substance in a concentration greater than 0.1% by mass percentage, the statement “Contains a dangerous substance” or “Contains a substance of very high concern” must be displayed.
