What you will do
You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely
These are some of the responsibilities that you will carry out in your day to day:
- Work with the tech and product team to develop scalable and fluid frontend features and experiences
- Work with the product team to devise product enhancements, new feature ideas and UX solutions
- Work with the tech team to manage the tech debt and scalability of the platform
In 1 month … You will have completed your onboarding, which will include working side by side with the IT team from the word go, so that you understand the technological challenges involved.
In 3 months … You will have become familiar with our industry-specific in-house jargon and you will master the BCOME product roadmap from beginning to end, but not only that – you will also have contributed to it. The first functionalities you have defined from scratch will already be in production.
In 6 months … By now, you will really have gotten into your stride, working on functionalities at increasingly higher levels. You will contribute to company strategy at a high-level and probably assist with recruiting by interviewing further candidates for the IT department. BCOME always thinks big!
Requirements
Tech requirements:
- Fluent frontend development in React and Typescript. +3 years of experience
- Experience building complex web frontend applications
Non tech requirements:
- Fluent Spanish and fluent English
- Proactive, self-responsibility and a team player
- Uphold a culture of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion, innovation
- Strong motivation and willing to learn
Extra points:
- Whichever experience with software technology beyond web frontend technologies is a plus
- Experience in team management, product management, UX/UI design is a plus
- Experience in SaaS projects
How you will do it
We offer a very flexible working day. We only ask that you be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Spanish peninsular time. Beyond that, our team distributes their hours throughout the day.
What we offer
💸 30-35k € fixed gross yearly salary
🏖️ 25 days’ holiday (the standard 22 + your birthday + Christmas Eve + New Year’s Eve)
📡 100% remote position, but with the option of going in to the Barcelona office whenever you want.
