What you will do:

In this position as Key Account Manager for the Europe market, you will join a growing team and help to achieve commercial results! On a daily basis, you are in charge of leading the presentation of our products to the potential clients in order to expand our client portfolio. Your objective is to close deals with the decision makers of the companies and strive to exceed sales goals.

Who is this job made for?

An individual with a long record of professional experience, demonstrating an apititude for communicating and negotiating, as well as B2B/SaaS sales.

Challenges:

– Manage the leads provided by the SDRs, carrying out from the presentation of the product, to the closing of the offer.

– Identify sales opportunities within the client portfolio (upselling / cross-selling).

– Carry out contract renewals for clients.

– Understand the complete business and provide suggestions for improvement that would help shape the company’s future

– Frequent engagement with international communications (mostly Europe)

– Define the execution of efficient, effective and scalable sales.

What do you need to apply?

– Language skills: Native or bilingual level in English, with a minimum Spanish C1.

– Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in B2B sales

– Min 1-2 years of experience with Hubspot and sales navigator (or similar CRM)

– Knowledge of SaaS demo processes

– Strong negotiation skills and ability to close the proposal

– Confident individual with strong communication skills

– Able to understand the needs of clients

– Fast learner & dynamic

– Excellent presentation skills and teamwork

Extra points

– Experience in fashion or sustainable fashion industry is a plus

– Experience using Asana is also appreciated.

What you will do:

Work with the tech and product team to develop scalable and robust data models and business logic. Work with the product team to devise product enhancements, new feature ideas and UX solutions. Work with the tech team to manage the tech debt and scalability of the platform

Requirements:

– 3 or more years of experience.

– Fluent backend development in NodeJS and SQL databases.

– Experience building complex web backend applications.

Non tech requirements:

– Fluent Spanish and fluent English.

– Proactive, self-responsibility and a team player.

– Uphold a culture of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion, innovation.

– Strong motivation and willing to learn.

Extra points: 

– Whichever experience with software technology is a plus.

– Experience working with NestJS, TypeORM, Typescript and AWS.

– Experience in product management and UX/UI design.

– Experience in SaaS projects.
