We are seeking someone passionate about fashion, eager to contribute new ideas and create visual content for our community.

Saas company for the intelligent management of sustainability in the apparel and footwear sector. BCome empowers the textile and apparel businesses to build responsible supply chains, guarantee transparency and bring it to the final customer.  Founded in 2019, we are pioneers in the application of intelligent methodologies for global sustainability management and have more than 1 million traced, measured and evaluated products on the market. 

What you will do

These are some of the responsibilities  that you will carry out in your day to day:

• Creation of graphic content for our social media channels and blog posts.
• Design and development of graphic materials such as banners, landings, paid media campaigns, etc.
• Creation of motion graphics to animate content for the different channels of the project.
• Collaboration with the Marketing & Communication team to ensure that the design and message align with the company’s strategy.

In 1 month…

You will have completed your onboarding, which will include working side by side with the Marketing & Communication team from the word go, so that you understand the world of sustainability up close.

In 3 months…

You will have become familiar with our industry-specific in-house jargon and you will master the visual tone of BCome, but not only that – you will also have helped build it.

In 6 months…

By now, you will really have gotten into your stride, working on pieces that are increasingly more identity-based. You will contribute to the communication strategy of the company at a high level and help to identify new needs. BCome always thinks big!

What we are looking for

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic and digital design or related field.
• +2 years of experience preferred but we’re always open to discovering eager new talent.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Expertise in interaction design and designing responsive digital communications with UI Design tools such as Figma.
• Person with creative, analytical and proactive skills.
• Knowledge and handling of the Adobe package: Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects, above all.
• Ability to adapt to the different needs of the team.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

How you will do it

We offer a very flexible working day. We only ask that you be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Spanish peninsular time. Beyond that, our team distributes their hours throughout the day.
