Timeline for its entry into force and compliance
January 2025
Entry into force for small companies
The law will applies to companies with an annual turnover of over €10 million and still 10,000 units.
January 2024
Entry into force for medium companies
The law will apply to companies whose annual turnover is over €20 million and whose number of units is over 10,000.
January 2023
Entry into force for big companies
The law applies to companies whose annual turnover is over €50 million and whose number of units is over 25,000.
